Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Line Service / Ramp Attendant to be responsible the overall operation of the flight line and hangar management. The Line Service / Ramp Attendant’s objective is to ensure the readiness of the arriving and departing aircraft while maintaining an organized, clean and safe environment to enable rapid and sustainable growth of the fleet and the corresponding on demand flight operations.

The Ramp Attendant reports directly to the Director of Maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to
*
- Planning, Managing, Executing and Ensuring safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground especially with multiple aircraft arriving / departing simultaneously keeping refueling and other hangar tenant ramp needs in mind
- Maintaining clean, organized, safe hangar space including building maintenance
- Receiving, prepping, marshaling aircraft on the ramp, towing, staging and performing wing walker duties for departures and arrivals
- Parking aircraft and VIP Vehicles in hangars with maximum efficiency and attention to detail
- Maintaining safety and security of the ramp at all times
- Communicating with Flight Coordinators, Operations, Flight Crew personnel concerning arrival/departure information in a professional manner
- Safely Driving/Operating ramp equipment, including but not limited to aircraft tow tractors, GPU, Scissor Lift and VIP vehicles
- Refueling aircraft
- Servicing aircraft as needed to include detailing, cleaning lavatories and cabin and restocking items
- Arriving to work on time to ensure prompt servicing of the aircraft and on time departures/arrivals
- Completing end of day building security checks to include locks, faucets, lights, thermostat, etc.
- Other duties as assigned such as building maintenance and grounds keeping
Expertise & Requirements:
- Experienced with fuel farm management & applicable requirements, refueling procedures of general aviation and corporate aircraft
- Proficient with towing procedures and techniques / operating Aircraft Tugs
- Highly competent at parking and stacking aircraft in hangar
- Efficient use of GPU for aircraft engine starts and ground power
- Familiar with aircraft ground handling and marshaling aircraft
- Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
- Prior lead or supervisor experience is required
- Skilled at record keeping & information management
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- High School diploma or GED is required
