We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time Line Cook. The Line Cook must be able to works weekends, nights and holidays. The requirements/functions of the position may change over the course of employment.

As a Line Cook, you will:

  • Work in a professional, best-in-class kitchen with a passionate team of cooks
  • Create dishes, fresh from scratch, every single shift
  • Master a wide range of cooking techniques while learning from the pros
  • Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Must have someone with at least 3 year of line cook experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
