As a Chick-fil-A Kitchen Team Member you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our restaurant. In selecting kitchen employees, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our guests remarkable service and hospitality. An individual in this role will be positioned in the Kitchen and Food Prep areas of the restaurant. This individual will fulfill a variety of positions to ensure that our guests get the best quality of food.

Expectations of all Team Members:

• Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
• Arrive for your shift in full uniform: shirt, pants, belt, non-slip shoes, and nametag (all of which is provided at our expense)
• Keep a balance between Speed and Quality
• When things slow down, know what you should be doing next – if unsure, ask the shift manager
• You will be trained in the “Chick-fil-A” way, strive to hold to that standard
• Be willing to learn and serve in any position
• Always strive for excellence and continuous improvement
• Responsibilities of a Back-of-House Team Member in this Role:

• Close down and clean assigned positions after restaurant closes
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be capable of staying ahead
• Ensure the quality of food meets Chick-fil-A standards and expectations
• Create an environment of food safety by keeping a clean and organized workspace

• Be willing to stay on a position for the duration of the shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Must have a flexible schedule - days and evenings as needed
• Pay rate is determined by experience, availability and flexibility of schedule
