Proper food handling and sanitation procedures must be followed at all times. A valid Serve-Safe certification is required, but can be obtained prior to starting. Proper and safe use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment is mandatory. Duties include: - Prepare food to order - Accurately follow recipes. - Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment. - Pre-service prep to set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. - Organization and cleaning of kitchen areas including your station, walk-in, and dry goods pantry. - Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products. - Report and record inventory and Prep numbers - Follows all safe food handling procedures. - Follow all COVID related safety procedures - Attention to all allergy and customer requests. - Other duties as assigned.
