No experience required. Responsibilities after training will include kitchen setup, prepping and assembling various products at the different kitchen positions. Break down stations at close, clean up and other tasks related to a kitchen were meals are prepared are part of the daily / nightly process. Cross training in all kitchen areas is a must. Various shifts are available in the evenings and weekend days.

- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
