Sterling Limousine & Transportation is a well establish and nationally recognized luxury ground transportation service with a diverse fleet of 40+ vehicles including sedans, SUVs, vans, limousines & buses. THE POSITION IS FOR?LIMOUSINE & BUS DISPATCH ~ FULL TIME.
> 4:00AM - 12:00PM MON - FRIDAY
> SCHEDULE MAY INCLUDE SOME WEEKEND HOURS
> WILL NEED TO HAVE FLEXIBILITY WITH SCHEDULE
> MUST BE DEPENDABLE.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced dispatcher with the following strengths:

• Proven dispatch experience in the livery [LIMO] transportation industry
• Extensive area knowledge – PA, DE, NJ, NY
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment as a dispatcher
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High energy level and sense of urgency

Requirements:

Ability to Learn, Understand and Use numerous types of software and technological capabilities

• Efficient with Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and client support telephone experience
• Unmatched, precise attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate and identify potential service and logistical issues by understanding the big picture and all the details
• Reliable Transportation to/from Newtown, PA [BUCKS CO]

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Fielding inbound calls for dispatch.
• Monitor and respond to inbound e-mails.
• Communicating with drivers via phone, text & email
• Ensuring dispatch board is updated & coded accurately at all times
• Establish rapport with drivers
• Maintain a close working relationship with the sales and fleet departments
• Assist with reservations when necessary

$1000 sign-on bonus after 90-days.
