  • Responsible for organizing daily cases and maintain the flow and order of the day, acting as a liaison between the clinical and technical staff.

  • Responsible for supporting, planning and organizing the operations of the veterinary technicians and patient care services (i.e. LVT’s, Vet Assistants, Animal Attendants, and pre-veterinary students in all areas they are assigned).

  • Assist Practice Manager in identifying current needs of LVT’s and support staff to maximize well-being and to aid in staff retention.

  • Provide oversight and guidance in education services for the training of LVT’s and other clinical support staff.

This position supports a hospital with 24/7 operations and although you will primarily be working days, you may also need to work holidays, on a rotating basis, weekends, or evening/overnight shifts due to business and staffing needs.

Proficiency with patient tracking software. We seek a self-starter who is patient-centered, client responsive and community-minded.
