Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs and customize quotes by cross-selling options thru property, casualty, life, and commercial products.
- Participate and lead marketing events, gain Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Utilize Farmers Friendly Review to identify, educate, and meet the customers’ needs for insurance options and customize quotes/policy options to best fit their needs.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations, understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, Return all phone messages promptly, and maintain a high level of Professionalism in all you do.
Requirements
- Required property & casualty insurance licensed.
- Current or obtain Life & Health License within 60 days. (reimbursement eligible).
- Positive, Energetic, and Professional Demeanor.
- Driven, Innovative, Productive, Confident, and works well independently.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, handling customers’ needs promptly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- English required, bilingual Spanish is a plus.
