The Center for Psychological Services & Life Coaching, a group psychology practice comprised of a growing multidisciplinary team, is located in an upscale medical office building with other professional/medical groups (conveniently located close to Route 30 and Route 119 for easy commuting access to both clinical staff and patients).

Minimum Qualifications:
- The job position is for a licensed clinical social worker (license must be active and unrestricted in the state of Pennsylvania)
- Candidate must have experience (3 years or more preferred) providing psychotherapy to adults, children, teens and couples
- Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 clinical (billable) hours a week
- Authorized to work in the US
Availability:
- Candidates are expected to maintain flexible hours to accommodate client scheduling needs
- Applicants that are willing to work evening or Saturday hours (at least one evening a week) are preferred
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Interested clinicians will be able to provide independent clinical care and treatment to a caseload of patients with a wide range of diagnoses and bio-psych-social-spiritual needs, valuing a model of counseling and treatment that is consistent with a Christian worldview
- Established credentialing status with major insurance companies is preferred but not required (e.g., Highmark, UPMC, Optum, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna)
- Demonstrate a resume of excellence in the field of psychology, counseling and mental health
- Candidates with experience working with clients from a faith-based perspective will be preferred
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
Job Description/Duties:
- Conduct intake appointments with new clients and complete all necessary intake paperwork
- Provide intake appointments, ongoing counseling (individual, collateral, conjoint and relationship sessions)
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and family supports as needed to provided quality continuity of care and comprehensive treatment
- Attend and participate in weekly clinical consultation/professional development team meetings
- Complete documentation in a timely fashion and maintain case management associated with clinical caseload
- Provide excellent and competent counseling/psychological services
