Job description

Foster a creative, flexible environment so the library is an essential part of the learning community. Establish procedures for selection, acquisition and circulation of resources for students and teachers. Collaborate with classroom teachers to reinforce classroom skills in the library. Teach students research skills necessary to complete basic and in-depth research projects. Teach students at all levels basic computer skills and the importance of internet safety and the ethical use of information. Promote a love of reading and lifelong learning for all students.
