Our Lemonade Commissary is looking for a new Team Member! This position has a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m - 3:30 p.m. We are looking for someone who has experience in a warehouse environment and is able to ensure quality standards are being met. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English).

What You'll Do:

Under the general supervision of the Production Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations of Lemonade Restaurant.

  • Maintain and improve standards within warehouse.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all food safety standards are followed.

  • Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality assurance standards.

  • Responsible for doing weekly warehouse inventory.

  • Make sure trucks are being load on time and with the right product.

  • Assures received products are free from pest infestations, and if food or non-food item meets product specifications and general requirements.

  • Responsible for determining lot number, count, and condition of received shipment.

  • Knowledgeable with scanning and receiving ingredients into warehouse.

  • Prepares and maintains Receiving, Outbound and CCP-S1 Stamps in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Report all unacceptable shipments and report findings to Production Manager.

  • Responsible for placing product shipments in proper warehouse locations.

  • Observe proper stock rotation first in and first out FIFO).

  • Maintain a high state of cleanliness of all storage areas.

  • Use proper cleaning chemicals to maintain areas in accordance with operating procedures.

  • Observe all company safety rules and insure personal protective equipment is being utilized for work performed.

  • Assure all job assignments are performed in a safe and expedient manner, and perform other duties as assigned

Where the Work is Done:

  • Plant manufacturing environment which includes exposure to moving parts, chemicals, airborne particles and high temperatures. The employee must have the ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and work with elevated noise levels.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to add and subtract. Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
