Full Time or Part Time Internship (NON PAID) 20 – 30 Hours Weekly Legal, Business, Entertainment, Sports, Marketing, Government Relations, Personal Injury, Wills, Estates, Probate Education: ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Student Interns will learn how to communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Student Interns will learn how to navigate through Microsoft Office as it relates to the firm’s use. Student Interns will learn how to deal with Legal, Business, Real Estate Projects, as needed. Student Interns will learn how to successfully draft memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. Student Interns will assist the support staff with projects as requested. Student Interns must maintain a professional appearance. Student Interns will understand how to properly ensure communications are directed to the correct department in the firm. THROUGHOUT THE INTERNSHIP, INTERN WILL BE LEARNING HOW TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE MORE SOPHISTICATED PROJECTS AND TASKS! Must have pleasant phone voice and be able to multitask. Learning Outcomes: 1. Student interns will be learning how to synchronize Hard Files, Computer Files, and Project Management Software Files 2. Student interns will be learning about legal strategies, specifically Foreclosure Defense and Condo Association Strategies and Techniques 3. Student interns will be learning how to monitor Foreclosure Defense Court Dockets in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties 4. Student interns will be learning court procedures and instructions in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties 5. Students will be mentored by Joseph A.
