IPLegal Counsel Location: Remote (United States Join us as a Legal Counsel on our IP Legal team at Dell to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve As an IPLegal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing a full range of intellectual property legal support including supporting Dell’s patent litigation team and patent licensing and pre-litigation matters, as well as open source reviews, standards issues, patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio development, freedom-to-operate analysis, rendering opinions, managing outside counsel, drafting and negotiating licenses, development and research collaboration agreements, and due diligence support for business development and counselling client.
