Account Manager National Corporate Housing is looking for a versatile Account Manager to lease our furnished corporate apartments, complete all stages of the sales process including paperwork, and assist clients as needed. This individual must close the business and foster relationships to help achieve market goals. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong customer communication skills and excellent follow through. National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in the hospitality arena providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. National is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Strong sales and communication skills to sell both verbal and written
- Respond to a large volume of temporary housing requests in a timely manner
- Utilize reservation technology to track and manage client interaction/work flow through the sales process
- Complete data entry required to sell and respond to customer’s housing requests
- Quotes prices and prepares sales orders
- Grow existing clients' revenue by converting housing needs in to reservations
- Manage and develop customer relationships
- Identify opportunities and generate new business leads
- Build and maintain strong partnership with outside sales counterpart
- Attend client meetings with outside sales counterpart (based on client)
- Execute and audit guest paperwork
- Manage, resolve, and respond to customer service issues
- Tour prospective clients, when requested
- Negotiate agreements with vendors and properties
- Learn, understand and represent our Mission, Vision and Core Values
- Other duties as assigned (i.e.: Final Inspections; Client Meet & Greets; Coordinate vendor deliveries, installations, and tear downs)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an inside sales position and/or experience in apartment leasing, hospitality/hotel is preferred
- Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Strong prioritization, multi-tasking and detail skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
- Must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license with good/safe driving history (based on location)
