Responsibilities:- Present the community and apartments to potential residents
- Work with community vendors
- Host community events that bring the residents together
- Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
- Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program
Qualifications:- 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect with others easily
- Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
- Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
