General Position Summary
The Warehouse lead will direct and supervise warehouse operations, personnel, and processes associated with the order pulling and receiving of product. Ensures product integrity and order filling accuracy to achieve goals to support our partners. This includes planning and scheduling the work force to meet daily demands and overseeing security and cleanliness in local facilities. The Warehouse Lead is also responsible for ensuring employee training and compliance with certifications, wage/hour laws, and regulations, local state and Federal safety regulations and OSHA/DOT compliance. The Warehouse Lead must possess and apply interpersonal skills to motivate and coach employees to meet individual productivity requirements and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure PWNA productivity requirements are met.
Job Duties:
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Complies with OSHA/DOT safety standards by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to the requirements and advise management on any needed actions.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by conducting and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by understanding the importance of accuracy when receiving goods in, shipping goods out, assigning locations, conducting cycle counts and reconciling inventory for any discrepancies. As well as keeping up with any and all inventory transfers.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing product locations, inspecting equipment, ensuring inventory is put away and off the floor, keeping the warehouse clean of debris and advising management of any issues and recommendations of repairs.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to tasks and following up on work results.
- Interview, hire, and terminate associates in accordance with company policies and Human Resources authorization. While maintaining proper training techniques for peek performance and optimal results.
- Be responsible for the coordination of maintenance of all warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Certified or willing to become certified on warehouse equipment

Work Conditions
- Will work in a warehouse environment and around warehouse equipment
- Overtime required as needed
- 4/10's, Mon-Thurs, 4:30a to 3:30p
- Overtime may be required (including weekend when applicable)
Education Requirements
College degree preferred and High School Diploma Or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience
Experience Requirements
5 years experience in warehouse environment preferred
Experience working in Indian Country preferred
Valid driver's license
