Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience in a high (10,000+) sku volume manufacturing or e-commerce environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Strong Computer skills required; familiarity with distribution software systems highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Overview

The Inbound Lead Fulfilment Center Associate oversees the daily tasks of FC Associates to ensure that goals are met.

The shifts for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:00am – 2:30pm

and Monday through Friday from 12pm - 8:30pm.

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of the team responsible for inbound processes, receiving, replenishment, and putaway.
• Supervises safety programs in the FC that includes coordinating meetings and trainings and ensuring record keeping standards are met or exceeded.
• Schedules employees to work in accordance with department productivity requirements. Provides regular feedback for direct reports as it applies to the standards set in the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Acts as a team builder who plans, organizes, staffs, directs, and ensures the efficient operation of the department.
• Assists the Supervisor in establishing daily and monthly shift objectives in the areas of cost, quality, productivity, safety, service, and profit.
• Adheres to assigned department budget in areas of direct control, labor allocation, supplies, etc.
• Additional duties to meet warehouse needs may be assigned.
• Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Warehouse Management.
