Position SummaryWe’re looking for a seasoned designer to create a friendly and engaging experience for clinicians and patients across multiple platforms. You will be collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and many other teams at Karius as part of developing and maintaining a strong design language that ensures consistency across many service and product touchpoints. You will also be a founding member of the Karius Experience Design Team and responsible for helping build an awesome culture of design at Karius.

Travel: Required up to 5%.
Physical RequirementsSubject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is generally performed in an office environment.
Position Requirements
Excellent presentation skills, especially presenting recommendations and design decisions to stakeholders. Comfortable educating stakeholders on design best practices.
Project management skills: ability to organize multiple projects, proactively plan, adhere to timelines. Demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving.
