TRC is looking for a qualified Field Lead – Pre Inspection Onboarding professional to join our team. This position will be working in our San Ramon office as a part of a growing team to support our client base.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • General support to program/project managers across the San Ramon office with concentration to our growing utility client program/projects.
  • Assist with onboarding and facilitating new hire activities to ensure a positive experience for employee and client.
  • Act as a liaison between field staff, project/program managers, and other TRC staff.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to think proactively.
  • Manage multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple schedules, equipment orders/delivery, subcontractor and laboratory communication and protocols.
  • General support for maintaining quality assurance/quality control of all active projects.
  • Assist in the organization, attend and participate in meetings as required.
  • Program administration including the proper capture and filing of all project documentation including, invoices, meeting minutes, project deliverables and communications.
  • Perform other special projects or duties as assigned.
  • Project safety, demonstrating safety is a priority via safety leadership, adherence to TRC and client safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate adaptability by being capable of performing a wide variety of tasks and being able to change focus quickly as demands change in an ever-changing environment.
  • Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills to solve both simple and complex problems.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work within a team and work independently
  • Detail-oriented
