As a Membership Sales Advisor, you are a Fitness 19 brand ambassador. You are passionate about health and fitness, exciting others by encouraging their potential. With guidance and support from the club’s General Manager, Fitness Manager, and Second in Command you will hit sales goals for yourself and the team. You will also be an active participant in the upkeep of club cleanliness to ensure our club is the cleanliest in the industry. Since you‘re the expert on all of the club’s amenities, features, and programs, you’re responsible for building a lasting experience with prospective and current members, ensuring they are maximizing their experience at Fitness 19.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Must represent the Fitness19 Brand by providing great customer service.
- Responsible for selling and promoting club memberships inside and outside the location.
- Prospect for new members.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
- Under the leadership of a General Manager, the support of a District Manager, Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products.
- Participate in team cleans, helping maintain a spotless facility.
Qualifications:- Previous sales experience (preferred).
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.
- Personal passion for health and fitness.
- Enjoy working within a team.
- Strong time management skills and practices.
- Willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:- Standing for prolonged periods of time.
- The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone.
- CPR certified (or within 60 days of employment).
- Light lifting of weights and equipment.
