Thank you for considering a career with Pioneer Human Services! We are currently looking for a Full-Time LEAD Residential Youth Specialist for our Snohomish County Youth Programs. These programs are comprised of the Cypress House in Lynnwood, the Sequoia House in South Everett and the Tamarack House in Marysville. Each program is located in a single family home and provides housing and support to boys between the ages of 13 to 18 who are facing emotional, behavioral and/or psychiatric challenges. WHAT YOU'LL DO The primary responsibilities of the LEAD Residential Youth Specialist is to supervise and support residents and to carry out the day-to-day operations of a Pioneer residential juvenile reentry program in ways that create a climate favorable to social and emotional development. The Lead Residential Youth Specialist is responsible for ensuring program and facility safety, monitoring resident movement, and supporting structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming designed to promote risk reduction and successful community reintegration. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Preferably you will bring SCHEDULE This is a 24/7 facility, schedules could vary depending on facility need, this includes holidays and weekends. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Some travel is required, and is typically local or regional, to attend or provide training. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving on company business, and when driving company vehicle must have driving record satisfactory to Pioneer’s insurance carrier.
