Clinton Pool Tech is expanding and is currently looking for a dedicated Pool Installation Crew Leader to join our team.
The position requires:
- operation and maintenance of swimming pools, including chemistry/balancing of water and understanding pool equipment (chlorinators, pumps, circulation, filters, timers)
- procedures and regulations for proper handling and storage of materials
- Pool Openings/Closings/Cleanings
- MUST HAVE At least 1 year experience constructing in-ground and above-ground swimming pools with extensive knowledge in the following areas: swimming pool layout, calculating site grades, excavation, fiberglass pool placement and plumbing, pool wall/vinyl liner installation, concrete, electrical and pool bottom preparation and installation. Willing to train the right candidate(s).
- Unloading Delivery Trucks
- Delivering Chemicals to customers
The technician should be able to maintain a professional attitude while striving to surpass customer's expectations when servicing their pool. Hours will be Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work.
Skills required:
- strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to work independently with little supervision
- strong organizational and excellent time management skills
Additional requirements:
- valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- drug free
- high school diploma or equivalent
- CPO certified is preferred, but not required
- previous experience as a pool service technician/installer is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
