Lead Evaluation and treatment of on- and off-the-job illness and injuries; evaluate the extent of injury/illness, determine fitness for
duty and return to work status of employees.
Lead and guide site nurses in routine and emergency care of all employees (SRNS, DOE, Centerra), visitors and subcontractors.
Medical testing for physicals and health surveillance; pre-exam testing to provide medical data to ensure each employee can work safely, healthy and meet all requirements. Assist customers toward physical
and emotional wellness. Schedule individuals for substance
abuse testing and ensure testing is performed according to policies and procedures. Scheduling medical activities and tracking disabilities. Keep time away from job site to a minimum.
Lead disability cases and/or problems and forward to physician. Process and approve TACS.
Salary offers are commensurate with candidate's experience and applicable education in comparison to incumbents.
Certified audiometric and pulmonary function are required after employment
Experience in occupational or emergency room preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in healthcare desirable.
Oral and written communication skills to achieve success within the clinic setting.
Certified Occupational Nursing preferred.
