Lead Member Service Associate
Employment Type : Full-Time
Overview: Responsible for daily functions of the front desk as well as assisting the Member Service and Business Coordinator with key member account and business office tasks.Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience as customer service representative or equivalent position
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills required
Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
