Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 18 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Lead Generator. The Lead Generator would be calling on existing accounts that aren’t currently buying from us, updating the accounts such as new information surfaces from contact calling, lead generation, developing customers for planned new territories, and preparing prospects for sale representatives in established territories. This is an entry into sales with our company. We train Lead Generator on the process, product, and sales ability. It starts by learning our industry and products. We are looking for people who want to pursue a career in sales and are excited and upbeat to get started with the best company in the industry.
The Lead Generator
- Develops new business via telephone, mass communication, digital marketing platforms, and other sales tools.
- Works with the Inside Sales manager and other sales personnel to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manages data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, accurate, and documents are attached.
- Generates reporting of customer communications and sales progress.
- Makes 50-80 outbound calls per day.
Requirements - You must be 18 years or older.
- 1-3 years’ experience in telemarketing, customer service, and inside sales experience is preferred.
- You must be able and willing to travel to the Chadwell Supply annual sales conference.
