Are you ready to help us make the future? Achieves successful on-site servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix administrative difficulties relating to delivery of service. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will deliver and participate in training sessions for fellow technicians. You will work with sales and local management to help deliver accurate quotes to customers. You will assist in the management of service contracts for key accounts.
