1.Conducts fire alarm testing and inspection. Documents all results in detailed building reports and/or discrepancy reports. Ensure that system is operating properly. 2.Reports problems or discrepancies resulting from the inspection.
3.Monitors fire alarm panel.
4.Completes reports and paperwork associated with the inspection.
5.Interacts with building owner or building engineer prior to, during and after completion of the testing process. Reviews report results and next steps as necessary.
6.Shares reports with other departments in order to resolve issues or discrepancies.
7.May train or assist less experienced/newer colleagues on the job.
8.Acts as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customers first choice for service.
9.Ensures proper testing equipment and materials are onsite for effective and safe testing and inspection process.
10.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
