If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst on our Global Corporate FP&A team, to be the key finance partner for our Corporate Center function supporting several Executive Vice Presidents withing the organization. This is a US ONLY Mobile role for candidates near one of our Southwest PA locations - Cranberry Township, PA, Madison, PA or New Stanton, PA.
Your Day to Day:
  • Act as primary finance interface for the Corporate Center functions
  • Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and periodic updates for EBITDA and Cash Flows within Corporate Center
  • Report monthly earnings to Corporate Center Senior Leadership
  • Act as the primary interface for Corporate FP&A with the Business Reporting & Analytics team and accelerate finance transformation through reporting automation for monthly close, forecasting and operating review analysis.
  • Direct day-to-day activities of planning and/or accounting staffs in work leader capacity. Assign work and under direction of Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting, coordinate workflow.
  • Provide input for preparation of performance evaluations and development programs for Senior Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts.
  • Lead the budgeting process for Corporate Center through effective communication and thorough review of inputs
  • Ona monthly basis, lead financial discussions with executive leadership communicating results and answering questions
  • Prepare and create capital projects for Corporate Center
  • Create and manage cost center hierarchy to align with Senior leadership direction
  • Develop internal rates for Corporate Center direct charge employees
  • Lead and manage Corporate Center compensation analysis
  • Prepare for approval and monitor group's budget.
  • Develop cost improvement identification and tracking mechanisms.
  • Prepare and/or assign preparation responsibilities for and deliver presentations to management or business unit financial analysis.
  • Preparation responsibilities include monthly journal entry preparation and detailed analysis of results
  • Preparation responsibilities and review outside auditor schedules to support annual audit and special audit requirements.
  • Preparation of Corporate Center MOR and variance analysis.
  • Preparation of financial information to support internal and external reporting requirements.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • 5 years, typically 6-7 years of broadly based accounting experience, including at least 4 years in financial planning and accounting
  • Experience in a CPA firm is preferred
  • Experience in Corporate financial role is preferred
  • MBA and/or CPA is desirable.
