Admiral Enforcement is a parking enforcement company that specializes in monitoring privately owned parking lots and garages. We make it our mission to ensure our clients and our customers are provided with fair, transparent, and effective enforcement.
The Lead Enforcement Agent will lead the growing department associates through scheduling, management, and prioritization of daily projects and the professional development of each associate through regular performance audits and reviews.

Core Functions
- Completely understands and able to demonstrate all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs set by Admiral Enforcement.
- Understands Admiral Enforcement policies regarding personnel and administers prompt coaching and training that is both fair and consistent for any violations of our company’s culture, rules, and procedures.
- Prepares all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized and timely manner.
- Revenue control through verification of agent deposits and making deposits on schedule.
- Manages various licenses (application and renewal) for the city, state, staff, and vehicles as required.
- Fleet maintenance and equipment management
- Other duties as required
Have at least 5 years of licensed driving experience - A minimum of 2 years experience in management
- Must have excellent communication skills, Issue Resolution skills and understanding
- Able to problem-solve
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen successfully
- Travel opportunities
- Prior Parking industry experience preferred
