Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity for a Sr IT Deployment Lead in the Minneapolis, MN area. This is a contract opportunity with benefits. This position will be remote.
As a Deployment Lead, you will understand Blend's platform and the client's needs to help deliver a solution that exceeds expectations! You will work with teams from across the company to rapidly implement and improve our product offerings providing project leadership in an autonomous delivery role. The ideal candidate is excited to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, highly visible role.(Similar titles might include: Project Manager, Deployment Manager, Implementation Manager, Technical Project Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, Client Solutions or Professional Services Lead)

Qualifications:

• The team lead's responsibilities include leading and mentoring our existing Support team in deployments, configuration, designs and supporting daily operations in addition to acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Network Engineering functions.

• Perform deployment, installation, training, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
• Assist with the design of, installation and support of computer systems and peripherals.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Manager for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
• Travel to Consular sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
• Working knowledge and experience administering and managing multiple IT tasks and substantial IT projects similar in size and scope.

• Analytical skills: ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and recommend sound decisions.
• Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
• Familiarity and exposure to providing enterprise IT infrastructure and Deployment.
• Understanding of large deployment projects; Image creation (SCCM); Windows/MS Deck, OS, & OneDrive, & Deployment Methodologies and plans.
• Experience working on infrastructure technology projects.
• Adept at usage of various tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
