The Lead Data Analyst is a member of the Revenue Strategy, Planning, and Analytics (RSPA) team within the Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) department at Amtrak. The position reports to the Sr. Manager – Revenue Retailing Products, who is the owner of all Amtrak revenue retailing products and programs, such as the bidding for upgrades (“BidUp”) program, developing customer-centric product offerings (“Road to Retailing” program,) and associated analytics tools to evaluate and monitor program performance. These programs provide enhanced, customer-centric product offerings for current and potential Amtrak customers, contributing to future yearly growth in current and future yearly customer ridership and customer ticket revenues exceeding $2.3 billion and increasing the customer satisfaction index (“CSI.”) On an on-going basis, the position is responsible for: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Requisition ID:116272
