Req. #291815035 What You’ll Do- Partner with EPAM’s clients to translate business goals and user needs into viable content strategies for new and redefined digital experiences. This includes identifying pain points and articulating opportunities for content curation, revision, and net-new creation
- Develop content strategies in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of Experience Designers, Visual Designers, Analysts, Developers, Account Managers, client SMEs, as well as other CS professionals and leadership
- Identify and lead new business opportunities for EPAM’s Content Strategy team through both prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on Content Strategy’s core value propositions
- Evangelize Content Strategy across EPAM in alignment with CS leadership’s goals and directives
- Act as a mentor to more junior Content Strategists
- Design and facilitate workshops with clients to identify content requirements
- Develop content inventories, gap analyses, and content mapping documentation
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative content audits
- Define structured content for CMS implementations
- Define content systems and content management strategies for technical implementation
- Create content taxonomies and metadata strategies
- Create guidelines for migration, translation, and health of content
- Create content governance models for client teams and content management systems
- Develop content standards
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a content-related area
- 7+ years professional experience in content strategy, content management, or content design
- Strong conceptual and systems thinking
- Demonstrated understanding of content strategy’s role in digital design and development process
- Experience in presenting complex deliverables simply in order to educate and engage content stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills, including strategic and instructional documents
- Experience running Content Strategy activities, including workshops for content stakeholders
- Experience producing or contributing to Content Strategy deliverables, including, but not limited to, inventories, quantitative content analysis, qualitative content assessments, content models, gap analysis, authoring guidelines, and governance models
- Ability and desire to collaborate across disciplines, particularly User Experience Designers, Business Analysts, Visual Designers, and Developers
- Exceptional content organization skills and the ability to define content management strategies
- Experience working with content in multiple industry verticals (e.g. financial services, healthcare, eCommerce)
- Experience working with content in multiple channels (e.g. public websites, mobile apps, intranets)
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Understanding of common CMS technologies
- PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Large-scale content migration, including migration strategy and planning
- Understanding of new CMS developments, including headless content architecture
- Understanding of how content integrates across multiple platforms for omnichannel experiences, such as integrations with PIMs, DAMs, and CMPs
- Content development experience; e.g., copywriting, UX writing, or copy for interaction design
- Experience working in an agency/consultancy model
- Experience working in agile cadences and strong familiarity with agile protocols
- Proficiency in accessibility standards and their relationship to Content Strategy
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other tools for measuring content performance
- Participation in a local or national Content Strategy community (e.g., meet-ups, conferences)

Additional- Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
