Home Instead Denver North is growing rapidly and in immediate need of full-time Lead Caregivers who will also serve in the capacity of office assistant when required. This is a hybrid position that guarantees 40 hours per week either working in the homes with our aging adults or in our north Denver office assisting our office staff with clerical and phone tasks as well as errands and caregiver training/mentoring support.

YOU MUST PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF AT LEAST THE FIRST DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE (OR HAVE A MEDICAL EXEMPTION FROM A COLORADO-LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL (IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE AND LOCAL MANDATE)).

Strong candidates should possess the following:

  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience and skilled with personal care and specialized clients
  • Experience in an office setting and proficiency with routine office tasks such as phones, filing, copying, and greeting visitors
  • Monday through Friday availability of 8 AM-5 PM with occasional flexibility on both sides
  • Willingness to work with both male and female clients as well as those who smoke or who have dogs/cats
  • Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and a vehicle
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
  • Communication and relationship building skills
