As part of the Strategic Regulatory Initiatives Group at BNY Mellon, the candidate will, under the direction of others undertake projects or project support of significant impact within the company. Reviews project implementation status and provides feedback to Project Owners, or senior managers. Makes recommendations to improve project reporting and follow-up with others in the company. Conducts advanced research and data analysis to assist with strategic initiatives. Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes within the business or function, including maintenance of relevant data sets. Communicates effectively with peers and relevant management. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred, experience with SharePoint/ Power BI is a plus.
