Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified junior associate (J.D. class 2018-2020) to join our Labor & Employment group. The ideal candidate will have exclusively management-side employment law experience, including substantial work advising clients on employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, drafting employments and policies, providing counseling advice to clients regarding day-to-day employment issues, and litigating employment or employee mobility disputes. Excellent writing and advocacy skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external clients are required.
