Summary:

Produces customer-specific retail labels for a variety of product lines


Essential Functions:

  • Reviews work orders to determine required labels; Contacts the appropriate employee to clarify items as needed.
  • Enters SKU numbers and pricing into the AS400 system.
  • Prints labels and monitors print jobs. Loads paper and troubleshoots machine problems.
  • Checks completed labels to verify the accuracy of information.
  • Ensures that orders are processed within established deadlines.
  • Maintains an inventory of blank labels.
  • Maintains a current knowledge of department operating procedures and company products.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

  • Administrative experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills; Ability to learn and use in-house software applications.
  • Able to type 25 WPM.
