KITCHEN MANAGER
CRISP & GREEN™is seeking a super talented Kitchen Manager to add to our team!

Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Manager, you will be in charge of training and development of our BOH teams while maintaining our crisp standards with regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our BOH teams will want to emulate. We see the Kitchen Manager as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company
Kitchen Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of day to day operations in the back of house
- Recruiting and hiring for current and future staffing needs
- Train existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the crisp standard
- Identify and develop future leaders
- Challenge your team to become better every day
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Equipment is properly maintained and in good condition
- Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order
- Monitor COGS, food waste, inventory levels, and resolving any food quality or safety issue
- Clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook
- Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

Outside of the specific requirements for this particular function, our perfect candidate has the following attributes:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Successfully communicate and serve as a role model to the Crisp Crew
- Background in training and development
- Proven organizational skills
- Passionate about healthy food and living “Crisp”
- Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
