Description
As an Assistant Manager you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) as a key leader in the store. You will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the RGM's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned. The Assistant Manager ensures alongside the RGM that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Other key responsibilities include the management of Shift Managers and Team Members to complete all assigned duties ensuring quality food and a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.
