A successful applicant will be responsible for conducting, under supervision, biochemical analysis including protein purification and chromatography, molecular genetics analysis including cloning and construction of nucleic acid reagents. These reagents will then be used in C. elegans. Analysis of these reagents in C. elegans will involve microscopy based imaging and RNAi screens. The candidate will help maintain and oversee laboratory reagents and their dissemination as required by the NIH policies pertaining to resource sharing.
