The Role : Jr. Relationship Manager

The Impact:
Develops the strategy, processes and delivery measurement for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to the customer. Supports and handles customer relationship, ensures delivery of great service to the account, and defines account strategy and manages revenue.

Responsibilities:
Supports account and relationship management activities with existing clients.
Tracks market and customer developments and trends. Reviews quarterly client results and reports findings to Relationship Managers.
Provide platform and product functionality training and support to clients. Gather client feedback to support product improvements and upgrades.
Focuses on retaining business by ensuring a high level of client service and satisfaction
Provides monthly relationship management and sales reports to sales and business management.
Develops profiles on accounts including all affiliations, geographic presence, and business interests to help develop sales proposals for new business
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70kto $85k. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communicator
Strong level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with data intelligence leader
Experienced in consultative sales methodology
