SUMMARY The Target Systems Analyst Junior Level will provide professional intelligence to full time employees (FTE) with experience in developing target intelligence materials in accordance with Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJSCSI) 3370.01C “Target Development Standards”. These FTE’s shall perform target strategy intelligence planning support, target discovery and intermediate target development (ITD) as part of a surge effort to support ongoing deliberate Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe (JIOCEUR) target planning.
