Stratus of Hampton Roads has a great opportunity for a self-starter with a great attitude. The Janitorial Operations Manager will be the key coordinator between current and prospective clients and franchise owners (service providers). You will spend your day in equal parts of servicing clients, recruiting and training franchisees, selling special services, and conducting inspections to ensure brand standards. Commercial cleaning experience/management is a plus! Duties include: 1. Develop/train unit franchise owners in the commercial cleaning industry 2. Conduct quality inspections/audits to guarantee the highest level of service to our clients 3. Consult with our clients to ensure we’re keeping their facility as clean and safe as possible. 4. Recruit new unit franchisees 5. Give presentations to potential franchisees 6. Conduct commercial cleaning services 7. Receive and respond to service-related calls from account customers 8. Receive and respond to emergency and after-hours calls 9. Special Service Sales (hard floor and carpet care, window cleaning, Covid disinfecting, etc.) 10. Develop customer relationships 11. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms 12. Order supplies and research new technologies and suppliers 13.
