Job Summary The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for teaching, learning, research, and administration at Drexel's Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. The IT Support Specialist provides timely and effective tier 2 IT services; refers tier 3 issues to appropriate team members and vendors as needed; supports and troubleshoots Windows, macOS, and application deployments; and provides classroom AV support.
