We are seeking an IT Solution Leader to manage our Salesforce.com platform. This critical part of our application portfolio is the main gateway for our agents and distributors to reach our lighting products.

At GE Current, a Daintree company IT Solution Leaders are responsible for the delivery of one or more of our critical technology products/solutions/platforms. Ownership includes configuring the solution, regular change release processes, and coordinating all the activities required to deliver and maintain a technical solution/platform as it fulfills the business function purpose.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced capabilities with Salesforce.com, exceptional written/verbal communication skills, advanced fluency in data-driven analysis to drive sound business decisions, and the ability to deliver quality.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Lead daily activities in support of a business process discipline, ensuring an effective, efficient, and highly available operating environment
• Work cross-functionally with departments within the organization, utilizing their knowledge of business processes, to ensure their solution/platform meets all business requirements
• Apply Salesforce.com expertise to business problems, working with business leaders to create roadmaps, cost conscience solutions that fit purpose, and provide quantifiable value
• Own the functional design, configuration, system integration and related master data stewardship of Salesforce.com
• Aligns with formal project managers to plan, execute, test, pilot and rollout solution/platform
• Lead informal initiatives to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery
• Ensures compliance with standards, processes & best practices as established

What We Need you to Have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge with Salesforce: Sales Cloud; Service Cloud; B2B Commerce; Marketing Cloud; Appexchange; Community/Experiences
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Ability to lead the planning and presiding of important delivery meetings
• Ability to balance the business risk and the technical risk
• Good grasp of business drivers and business cycles
• Understanding of the critical business systems

What We'd Like you to Have:

• 
  SAP ERP ECC 6 or S/4 exposure
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
