We are seeking a Project Manager who is excited about creating innovative solutions to make life effortless for our customers and employees! The kind of people we are looking for want to support systems that optimize our routing to efficiently deliver to our customers, delight our customers in the end to end shopping experience, or manage our warehouses’ inventory to enable us to always fulfill our customers’ needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage large scale complex problems in a distributed environment. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, agile thinking and adaptability is essential. We are looking for a candidate who is able to balance a fast moving and changing environment with the ability to create stable, secure systems and processes.Responsibilities:

• Support our supportive and inclusive culture while driving excellence in execution
• Lead cross-functional projects in a distributed (retail) environment
• Manage agile processes and organization of team priorities and tasks
• Engage stakeholders and gather requirements on IT project requests
• Perform vendor evaluations to ensure solutions fit goPuff’s needs
• Translate verbal requirements into technical solutions and perform build vs buy analysis

• 3 Years of Project Management experience in a production environment
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to plan and execute technology focused projects

• Large scale retail deployment experience in a production environment
• Experience running agile processes
• Experience managing projects in Jira
