The Project Manager provides leadership on internal operational projects or programs from initiation through delivery. Gathers required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables. Ensure that all targets and requirements are met and are completed on schedule and within budget. Work closely with various internal departments and at times external vendors to ensure successful completion of projects. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. The ideal applicant has worked previously in a healthcare environment, preferably with EMR and/or Salesforce experience. PMI or other certification is preferred. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
