Position Summary: The position will work within the Human Resources Domain and will play a key role in understanding and translating business needs into business-language user to support a new initiative that will be looking at the Learning Ecosystem across J&J to drive a Enterprise Learning & Development Strategy and Roadmap. Heavy emphasis will be working closely with the Business Process Owners (BPO). A large part of the role will be to work closely with Business Partners, Vendors, Technical Services, and Enterprise Architect to drive the Enterprise Learning & Development strategy and roadmap including delivery of selected Learning Technology stack to enable the J&J Learning Journeys. Responsible for building and maintaining platforms that can be used across solutions and products, supporting domains/regions, and enabling scale.
