Position: IT Help-desk Support Specialist Location: Fort Collins, CO Position Status: Full time 40 Hours per Week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Position Summary: Provide entry and intermediate level support to end users. Great customer service and organizational skills. Good documentation, re-prioritize on short notice. Able to work in a team-based fashion in support of the mission, vision, and values of SummitStone Health Partners. Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office products and basic network troubleshooting. Ability to learn EMR software and follow all HIPAA compliance policies. Wage Range: $21.54/HR and $31.23/HR. Requirements: 2 years' experience in Help-desk or IT desktop support.
