IT Group Manager- Project Portfolio Mgt.Job Number: 184381

As an IT group manager in the Enterprise and Project Management Organization, you’ll partner with aligned customers to prioritize and deliver high quality solutions to advance capabilities of our technology strategy and mitigate risks associated with security, busines resiliency, and core technologies. In this key leadership role, you’ll develop and lead a team of IT Manager PMs and a group of 30-40 project managers and portfolio analysts. You’ll be responsible for successful delivery of the portfolio of IT projects aligned to EACS, ETS, and IT Control teams. Preferred candidate will live in the Cleveland, Colorado Springs, or ST. Petersburg area. Travel maybe required once we are ready to open our offices.

Must have qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum four years of work experience managing IT professionals or IT project delivery
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum six years of work experience managing IT professional or IT project delivery

Preferred skills

• Track record of building trusted and collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries at multiple levels
• Experience leading projects, programs, and/or portfolios as well as an understanding of project delivery methodologies, staffing models, and vendor management practices
• Proven strength in leadership development, succession planning, and fostering an engaged, high-performing organization
• Strategic thinking to understand constraints and tradeoffs and influence portfolio-level decisions
• Exhibit strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, while applying sound judgment, lean thinking, and modeling lean behaviors

Compensation

• $113,400 - $162,000/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
• Participation in our restricted stock unit plan
