IT Development Specialist

The Network System Analyst must possess high-level knowledge of SQL, Javascript, HTML, Python development, project management methodologies, best analytical practices, and GAAP accounting. The person will be required to:
- Manage application programming and project timelines
- Evaluate and determine solutions to ensure efficiencies for capital management systems and reporting
- Ensure the information and applications released to various groups are consistent and driven by Frontier’s quality objectives and data accuracy
- Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in responding to Ad-hoc data requests and special projects.
Reporting to the Network Operations VP, this person will be required to work as a team player in the Network Management team sharing knowledge, training, and best practices with team members. This person will also be required to engage with upper management to discuss future roadmaps, systems, data requirements, and other confidential information.
Work closely with the Network team to ensure requirements are appropriately communicated and complete quality assurance testing to provide accurate data is being reported. This person will also be required to work with other cross-functional groups in Frontier, including IT, Engineering, Regulatory, Internal Audit, etc. Extensive knowledge of personal computers, servers, databases, application development, financial reporting, and network engineering is required. In addition, this person is expected to be an expert technical resource for creating an efficient data reporting tool for Capital Management reporting. Knowledge of Infinium, Varasset and other Frontier internal systems is a plus.

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications; must structure reports as needed from raw data files.
